A Slice of Summer

This great addition to my blog was written by Nadia as a school essay. All I can add here are a few pictures.

One nice warm summer day, my mom told David and me to get ready for a long car ride. It was the day we would go to Austria!! In about an hour we were all ready to go. We hopped into the car and drove for a long time. We watched a movie in the car. Finally, we got there. We walked for awhile until we got to a castle!!!

There was an awesome ground tram that would zoom up the hill in about a minute!!

We walked around the castle and saw a wonderful view of Austria.

We ate home packed lunches at the castle.

We also went to a museum of the castle.

Then we went back down.

We walked around again.

We ate some ice cream. I had strawberry flavor and it was good.

Then my mom bought me a cute bird puppet. I named him Peckie Mozart.

After we bought it, we went to Mozart's house and walked around inside.

My grandma loved it! She really likes Mozart's music.

Then we headed to our car.

Finally, we got to the car and hopped in to drive home.

So, what town did we go to on that warm summer day, on the 20th July 2010?
